Flint Energies Extends COVID-19 Response Plan

Flint Energies will close its drive-thru service beginning at noon on Friday, April 3; however, service will continue to be available online at, through the Flint Energies mobile app or by phone. Payments can also be made via night deposit boxes and kiosks.

Also, effective April 3rd, Flint Energies will further limit its daily work activities to include only essential services. This means that we will continue responding to outages, maintaining our call center, and addressing various reliability issues. However, all other non-essential activities and services are being suspended, until further notice. This is in response to Governor Kemp’s Executive Order to shelter-in-place.

During this period, Flint Energies will suspend disconnections of service for nonpayment until further notice. A suspension of disconnects does not equal bill waivers. Members are encouraged to pay what they can to avoid a larger bill amount later. Pay Your Way members will continue to receive daily usage alerts during this time. Members who need to make payment arrangements, including those affected by COVID-19, are asked to contact Flint Energies at 1.800.342.3616 or by email at [email protected].

Members are highly encouraged to conduct co-op business through our website at, the Flint Energies mobile app or by telephone. Our Member Solutions Department is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and can be reached by calling 1.800.342.3616 or by email at [email protected]

In the event of a power outage, our line crews are ready to respond to restore power. You may report your outage via our website, the Flint Energies mobile app, by text or by calling 1.888.354.6836.

Flint Energies is closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic through local, state and national agencies and following the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) to help keep our members and employees safe while providing the energy you need to power your life. We’ll keep you updated through our website, Facebook and Twitter.
