Update on Flint's COVID-19 Response

As valued members of our electric cooperative, your safety is our priority. We are focused on the health and well-being of our members, employees and the communities we serve. Flint Energies has implemented our Pandemic Preparation Plan and is closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation through local, state and national agencies. Please know that as conditions change, we will continue to adjust plans while also keeping the power flowing.
Members are highly encouraged to conduct co-op business through our website at flintenergies.com, the Flint Energies mobile app or by telephone when possible. Our Member Solutions Department is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and can be reached by calling 1.800.342.3616 or by email at [email protected].
Flint Energies is implementing social distancing among our employees. All business travel has been canceled indefinitely. We are leveraging technology to conduct business meetings whenever possible. Employees have been advised to remain home if they exhibit any signs of sickness and to consult a medical professional.
During this time, we strongly encourage our members to use one of the many electronic payment options we have available, such as the Flint Energies mobile app, website, text and phone. Payment kiosks are located throughout our service area. Please check with our kiosk partners for their hours of operation, as access may be limited. Members may download the Flint Energies mobile app from their device’s app store.
We are taking the COVID-19 pandemic seriously. We will continue to monitor the situation and take more aggressive actions as deemed necessary to help keep our members and employees safe while providing the energy you need to power your life.
